There is a quiet trap in a lot of site tools: the page looks great, but what is stored underneath is a pile of proprietary shortcodes or a frozen HTML blob. The day you stop paying, or the plugin stops being maintained, the page stops being yours to edit.

Most site changes start as a sentence in your head: “move the pricing above the testimonials”, “add a contact section with our opening hours”, “make the About page sound less like a brochure.” Turning that sentence into blocks, spacing and settings is where the afternoon goes.
